Based in New Haven, Connecticut U.S.A., CCL is composed of a spectrum of highly trained and experienced health care providers. Our team members have had extensive experience in trips to Asia, Africa, Central and South America.  Teams are comprised of plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other allied health members.

Our medical personnel are licensed and highly credentialed, with most having both board certification and educational faculty appointments. Our non-medical support personnel play a critical role in the logistics of each mission in addition to investigating potential future mission sites. Missions are made possible through charitable contributions and grants and currently sends two missions per year to developing nations.

The teams donate their time to the children they help without charge. They stress the high quality of the medical care they deliver while also interchanging with the medical personnel of the different countries so as to exchange ideas and techniques as well as to educate each other.
